Joris Buijle

Through the journey Joris made within (inter)national ICT and project organizations he understands well that a vision only becomes reality with motivated people. He was allowed to experience the “pain” of old-fashioned visions and outdated ways of working together within product teams but also in management, strategic, transformation and coaching roles. It has therefore become his mission to help organizations find an organizational model that works for both the individual and the organization.

Stien Gijsbrechts

Stien is an experienced facilitator of organizational change with an eye for people and structure and their interaction. She guides organizations in developing future-oriented forms of work. With experience in various sectors, she has worked on projects ranging from digital transformation to organizational design. As a career and leadership coach, Stien helps professionals discover their potential, focusing on both professional and human aspects

Arne Wustenberghs

Arne strongly believes in self-management, teamwork and leadership. He has worked in manufacturing, construction, ICT and volunteer work; both in executive positions as well as operational management. He is broadly educated and combines this with the daily reality on the business floor. He loves the human approach and sharp analyses and therefore, in addition to organizational design, he puts his efforts into coaching, communication and connection.

Your name here?

Organizational structures that lead to tensions between teams because of conflicting objectives or where adhoc new teams are added every time, strategies that exist only on paper and are not translated to the work floor... Are you triggered to help us solve these kinds of situations? Moreover, are you as convinced as we are that this can best be done through a methodical approach, supported by the necessary data analyses, and in dialogue with the organizations in question? Then let us hear from you.
