OUR APPROACH


Torgo offers a combination of theoretical training and practical application to strengthen conceptual thinking in future Operations Managers. During the training sessions we provide a conceptual framework that is in line with the latest insights and best practices for management and organizational development.

We teach participants to connect strategic objectives and operational processes, with a strong focus on strategy execution. This includes all essential factors, such as team collaboration, leadership and the impact of organizational change.

The training is strongly practice-oriented: participants work on their own 'case for change'. This case can be aimed at retrospectively analyzing an existing problem within the organization, or prospectively developing a future-oriented roadmap that responds to trends or strategic challenges.

Through a combination of theory and practice, each participant not only learns to understand concepts but also to directly apply them within the context of H.Essers, ensuring a lasting impact on their role as Operations Manager.
