Vivaldis needed clarity on the role of the cluster coaches within their organizational structure. The goal was to clearly define the responsibilities of the executives so that their role could best contribute to achieving the strategic objectives and strengthen the organization as a whole

OUR APPROACH 


Our approach began by creating strategic clarity for the regional teams, working with the managers to formulate clear strategic objectives. The teams themselves were also involved through a survey to better understand their internal functioning and perceptions of their added value within Vivaldis' organizational structure.

Based on these insights, we worked to deepen and embed the strategic impact of both leaders and teams. This included formulating concrete team objectives through unit assignments and introducing new roles with associated role descriptions.
