Luminus

Luminus is a leading player in the Belgian energy sector. Its strategic ambition to assume this role has only grown in recent years, and this throughout the entire value chain, from energy production to the installation of the most efficient solutions tailored to each customer. In this way, Luminus in Belgium is building an energy future that is CO2 neutral. After all, energy is the first lever to combat global warming. In this way, Luminus is committed to preserving the planet in all its dimensions: climate, biodiversity, resources. 

At the same time, they strive to reconcile this with well-being so that everyone can live their lives to the fullest. Indeed, electricity offers the possibility to light, but also to learn, to care, to travel.... in short, to develop ourselves and achieve our ambitions.

OUR APPROACH

Thanks to this program, there was constant attention to challenges and areas of tension within the organization. The first step was the joint development of a training program, courtesy of the Antwerp Management School (AMS), to provide methods and concepts on organizational development to a broad group of leaders within Luminus.

In a subsequent phase, we offered support and guidance in a number of complex challenges, including the design of an organizational structure for a newly built power plant, the strategy for new services, and the redesign of knowledge management within the organizational structure.
