At the same time, they strive to reconcile this with well-being so that everyone can live their lives to the fullest. Indeed, electricity offers the possibility to light, but also to learn, to care, to travel.... in short, to develop ourselves and achieve our ambitions.
COLLABORATION MET TORGO
De samenwerking tussen Luminus en Torgo gaat al vele jaren terug. De HR organisatie van Luminus België zag vanop de eerste rij dat wijzigingen in de organisaties zich met een grote regelmaat aandienden. Daarop lanceerden ze het fit-for-purpose programma, een nieuwe strategische pijler binnen Luminus.
OUR APPROACH
Thanks to this program, there was constant attention to challenges and areas of tension within the organization. The first step was the joint development of a training program, courtesy of the Antwerp Management School (AMS), to provide methods and concepts on organizational development to a broad group of leaders within Luminus.
In a subsequent phase, we offered support and guidance in a number of complex challenges, including the design of an organizational structure for a newly built power plant, the strategy for new services, and the redesign of knowledge management within the organizational structure.
